She was very attentive, making sure Sancho received his medicine every day without any issue, and kept us updated with messages and photos that gave us peace of mind. Both of our cats were happy, comfortable, and well cared for when we came back. We truly appreciate her kindness and dedication, and we would definitely trust her again in the future!
