Overall Nicole did a good job caring for our kitties. There was a bit of miscommunication about how often she should drop in for feeding/medication, but once that was straightened out - everything went smoothly. She was reassuring when we messaged (I was nervous about leaving them), but I would have preferred for her to include some more info about the visits in her Rover Reports. Otherwise though, I am satisfied with the care my cats received!

We extended our stay for Thanksgiving and Ashlyn was there to save the day again ❤️ Thank you for going above and beyond for us!!

Cassidy did great. She went above and beyond simply feeding and watering our pets. She brushed them, played with them and took them for walks. She instantly cared for them like they were her own. Her pictures were awesome and she exceeded our expectations in every way.

Ciara is great with my 7mo puppy! She is available during the day while and takes time to work with him on training that we’ve been practicing. Also keeps me updated with how her visits go and communicates well!

Bekah did a great job checking in on Callie. Even though Callie hid she was able to get a pic of her under the couch and send it to us. We appreciate the time she took to make sure she saw her.
