Dog Boarding in Petersburg

We left our 4 month old Dane for the first time for two days with Chrissy and family. Everything went well, no issues whatsoever. Was very comforting for us to know Chrissy’s Background in Veterinary sciences and experience with dog sitting for over 9 years !We could tell with the ease of the whole process. Will definitely be Chrissy’s customer in the future.

Kelly and her family were wonderful!! They cared for our sweet Ella, just like she was their own! Thankful she could help us last minute so we could get away! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking!

Amanda and Mike did an amazing job watching my dog Wendy! They sent pictures almost every single day and I know she got all the love and play time she deserved. Thank you both so much!

Donnie and Amanda watched our dog Pete for a week while we were on vacation. We received regular photos and some cute videos of him while he was in their care. They were also very flexible with drop off and pick up times for his stay. I usually hire a house sitter and leave my dog at home but we were having some work done by contractors while we were away so we had to do something else and I did not want to board him in a kennel for that long. Pete made good buddies with their lab and I think he is missing his friend since he has no other doggy at home to play with :). They have a nice fenced yard for him to play in and get some exercise. Donnie and Amanda also have two lovely children who gave him lots of cuddles and attention. We will definitely use them again next time we need to leave him behind for a few days. :)

Angel did AMAZING! She and her children were great with Vinny. This was my first time boarding him and I was really uncomfortable. She immediately put me at ease. She was very communicative, which was also very helpful. I will definitely use her again.

Katie did an amazing job taking care of Jake while I was away on vacation. She provided regular pictures and videos and made sure Jake felt comfortable in her home. He came back tired so I know he had a great time away from home. Will definitely be booking Katie again in the future.

Our dogs seeemed so happy when they stayed with Eliza. We have never left these dogs with anyone before and were nervous. But the dogs had a wonderful time and were well cared for. Our youngest dog Archie can be very difficult sometimes but Eliza had no problems with him. Which is very reassuring to me and shows she must have a great amount of love and patience for dogs because like I said he can be alot sometimes. Thank you so much for caring for our boys

Tammi was amazing with our dog, she took great care of him and we were worry free while on vacation. Our dog had so much fun, and Tammi sent us pictures and updates letting us know he was happy and safe and we had no worries.

My experience with Leeann was absolutely amazing. I had to have emergency surgery and had to quickly find someone for my dog. I am so glad I chose Leeann. She was so kind and flexible with me because I wasn't sure how long I would really need her. She took such great care of my girl, sending me pictures and videos. I was nervous at first because I knew she would be watching other dogs, and that concerned me. But my dog was basically at doggie day care every day living her best life! It made a very stressful situation so much easier. And I swear, she came back a calmer dog lol. Thank you, Leeann!

I’ve booked several Rover sitters for my senior dog in the past but Jane was without question the most caring and thoughtful person he has stayed with. She treated him as though he was part of her own family, monitored him as he started a new medicine, gave him great walks, and sent a lot of reassuring updates and photos while I was away. Thank you Jane!

Abbie did fantastic with our little Eevee. I was having some severe mom guilt about leaving her for a week and Abbie did a great job putting us at ease. She sent many videos and pictures while we were away which helped!! I’d definitely recommend Abbie to friends and will be booking future services with her for our future trips!!

Karen is a godsend. She took wonderful care of my little Tegan and when I had a family emergency she was extremely flexible and understanding. I will only use Karen in the future for taking care of Tegan. She came back happy and it’s clear that she was very well taken care of. Thanks so much, Karen!

Melissa was GREAT with my little dog. She sent regular updates, pictures and her family gave her lots of love. I highly recommend Melissa and have already booked my next date.

Hailey was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and stayed in freq contact while we were gone with pictures and message updates. When we got home she had bathed both of our dogs and the seemed very happy. We would definitely recommend her services

Patricia treated our boy as one of her own, and made him (and therefore us!) feel super comfortable during his stay with her. Everyday she provided pictures updates, and in every picture our boy seemed to be enjoying a lot! Thanks Patricia, we will for sure be rebooking for our next trip 🙂

Cori was so great, she was so responsive and sent videos of my dog playing with hers and having so much fun. I will definitely have Cori watch him again and fully trust that he had an awesome time.

Dianna was great with our puppy. She had a wonderful time with her and her dogs and family. She sent lots of videos and photos. She was also very accommodating when I had to change the times. I will definitely use her again for our dog sitting needs.

Bill, Haley, & their family were AMAZING! We were nervous to leave our 8 month old pup, Madyn, for an extended period of time. Previously she hadn't been around other dogs too often and we weren't sure how she would handle separation. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this family to care for Madyn. Great communication, helped us feel at ease knowing she was happy, fed, and loved so much. She also got to play with other dogs and loved it!! Thank you, Bill and family!!

Emily treated my pup just like he was her own. I love the pictures and the updates. He didn't want to eat for a bit, but she made sure he was comfortable and gave him the time he needed to relax. Will absolutely use again.
