We needed someone who could provide extra care as one dog was a senior and the other had some special needs/requests for care. Shawna responsibly provided great care. Would 100% book with Andrew again! Duncan was nervous at first and Andrew made him feel comfortable almost immediately. I was updated throughout the day and seeing pics of Duncan playing and having fun made me so happy! Duncan had such a good time and it gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands!

A true life safer!! Long story short, I was supposed to deliver a puppy as a Christmas present and ended up having to keep the puppy 5 days before delivering to a family member. Guadalupe was very understanding of my last minute debacle and so helpful with watching the puppy during the day while I was at work. I appreciated the pictures and updates from her!

First time using Rover and Brent has been great. Lots of new routines going on this week and he was patient, giving her time and space to settle. She has had fun and come home to be a cuddle bug with us in the evening. He's sent photos and updates throughout the day, which is reassuring as well.
