Rachael was great! She accommodated us last minute. She was friendly, responded promptly, followed instructions, and sent photos and updates daily. She even checked our mail for us because I forgot to put it on hold. I would definitely recommend her!

Candace was awesome! Our kitties are a little antisocial but she went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and looked after for a long holiday while we were across the country.
