Michele truly went above and beyond in caring for our two cats, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! While we were away, our male cat, Theo, developed a urinary blockage, which is a potentially life-threatening condition. Thanks to Michele’s attentiveness and quick action, she immediately recognized the signs and brought him to the emergency vet. If it weren’t for her, we could have lost our sweet boy. Throughout our trip, Michele kept us informed with frequent updates and sent us pictures, which made us feel so much better even while we were miles away. Even with Theo at the vet, Michele didn’t forget about our other cat, Lily. She continued to give her the attention, love, and care she needed, ensuring that Lily felt safe and comfortable during a stressful time. Once Theo was stable and ready to come home, she personally picked him up from the emergency clinic and made sure he was comfortable. Her dedication and care went far beyond what we expected, and we are incredibly grateful for her. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your pets, Michele is hands down the best! Alejandra was sweet and very accommodating with our pickup time being pushed back due to traffic on our trip. She kept me updated with pictures of my pups, and I know they had a great time! Will definitely use her again to keep my dogs.
