This was our first time using Rover, and Michele made it such an easy experience. She was so prompt, and she provided the best care to our cats while we were away.
Terrie was so communicative and did everything we ask of her. She sent plenty of pictures and made sure we knew how all our furry babies were doing while we were out of town! We will absolutely use Terrie again!
Jess took great care of our Abbie girl while we were gone. Poor Abbie was not happy that we left her but with Jess's care and understanding she was loved and that is what we needed for her! Highly recommend Jess to everyone needing care for a pet while you are away!
