Karli was absolutely amazing. I was able to have peace of mind that my kitty was cared for and happy while I was out of town. She went above and beyond with giving me updates and taking so many adorable pictures, even when I was not responding. She is very personable, she even gave my cat a nickname, and my cat was cuddling up with her by the end of it.
