3-Happy Cats + 4-Happy Vacationed Humans. >> Olivia is fantastic. We had a 5-day trip and this was our first experience with Rover. We were apprehensive when we first downloaded the app because so much of it is geared to dogs, but they have a great setup for cat owners too. Olivia dropped by before our trip to meet our cats and us. She is very professional and a real animal lover. She patiently listened while we explained what we feed the cats and when. We showed her where the cat toys are and the litter boxes. She visited with each of the cats too. While we were on vacation we received updates on every visit. Photos of our small furry friends playing, eating, getting a good scratch behind the ears. And when we returned they were the most content we have ever seen them. Normally we get back from trips and the boxes smell or the water is dry but Olivia took care of it all. The Rover app itself is a little quirky but once we figured it out and received the text messages from Rover and Olivia - we were able to access all we needed.

I hired Jackie to come to my apartment once a week and check on my two beta fish tanks and my tarantula. I was so relieved that she took the job because a lot of people are too intimidated by spiders to accept. She went above and beyond taking care of my fish and my spider, going so far as to troubleshoot my filters and test my tank water. She is extremely knowledgeable about fish and spent a lot of time making sure they were OK. This is so much more than I expected and I felt so confident leaving my pets in her care. She was Amazing with my tarantula and even offered to go to the store and get more crickets for her when she ran out. She sent me pictures and asked questions when she wasn’t sure how to proceed with her and I was really relieved to know that all of my pets were getting a lot of attention and care. It was very obvious that Jackie really cared about doing a good job of taking care of my pets. She is very detailed with her check-in visits and always takes pictures. she is extremely capable and responsible and I felt very safe giving her my keys and access to my house. I would hire Jackie again in a second and if you are looking for a sign to hire her, this is definitely it! Wish I could give her 100 stars.

Kate was very nice and she took great care of the boys. We felt eddies with the daily photo updates, knowing that our boys were taken care of.

Riley took excellent care of my two cats while I was out of the country for a week! She stayed in contact, sent lots of pics, and kept my mind at ease about the wellbeing of my little loves ❤️ I would definitely book her again in the future 😌

Karen is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had! From the first meet-and-greet, she was warm, reliable, and instantly connected with our cats. She took the time to understand each of their unique personalities and routines, and her daily updates (with adorable photos!) gave us total peace of mind while we were away. When we got home, everything was spotless, and our cats were calm, happy, and clearly well-loved. It’s such a relief knowing we can travel without worrying about them. Karen treats our pets like her own — she’s an absolute gem! We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Mimi went above and beyond for my kitties!! I had never left them alone before so I was definitely a needy pet parent. She calmed my nerves and made sure they were well taken care of. I’ll definitely be booking her again!

Faith was great with my four cats! Even the one who hides all the time she made sure he had his food. Twice a day feedings and litter maintenance. Will for sure request her again!
