We have never used rover before now, but it has been such a pleasure having Karsyn look after our dogs! Communicated updates with me without me even having to ask! Becca did amazing... I had a last minute request and she came that same day for a meet and greet. I have a diabetic cat and this was my first time leaving him in someone else's care, so I was very nervous. She did amazing and put my mind completely at ease.
