Joseiris was amazing and flexible with us! She came out in the freezing cold to care for our boy. She sent lots of pictures and gave him lots of love.

Caroline was amazing! We've never used Rover before, but none of our usual sitters were available. We were hesitant with Rover because we have never had someone we don't know watch our babies. Because of this, I wrote long and detailed instructions, wanting to make sure everything was communicated, knowing that it was a lot to take in. Caroline stepped in and absolutely shined. She followed every instruction, and updated us on every part of her visits. I genuinely felt like my boys were in good hands the whole time! Will be reaching out to her again next time we need a sitter!

Jill was 10/10. She was so kind, easy and really a breeze to work with! This is our second time using rover and we are really glad we found her. We had an unexpected family member who normally cared for our dog fall ill and she was really compassionate and understanding. We did a meet and greet via video prior to our vacation to get familiarized with one another, our home and our dog to see if it was a good fit. She was flexible, responsive and was very attentive to our dog. We appreciate all of her diligence with the care for Kya, our home, and even picking up her messes! We really value her honesty, integrity and hard work. Jill was really easy to work with which really made this experience feel so much better. Our dog also loved her and all of her play time. Jill we can’t thank you enough. And we can’t wait to work with you again in the future!

Deborah did a great job watching our older cat. She found Pumpkin everyday and made sure she had enough food and water. I enjoyed my vacation more knowing my pet was well cared for. Thanks again Deborah, really appreciate it!,

Mary did a good job watching our cat, even though our cat was extremely shy, and hardly made an appearance. Mary took care of our cats needs, and kept our home tidy, and was punctual about being here on time. Also great communication. Would recommend Mary anytime.

Incredibly attentive, kept us up to date and reassured us our cats were safe. Adam is fantastic! It's a great relief to come home to happy cats.

Amy was absolutely wonderful, she was friendly and caring and we could tell our cat enjoyed her company! She was extremely tidy and clean and she was great at communicating with us. This was our second time having Santiago care for our pup and he was again incredibly nice and also very reliable. He communicated well about any questions and our pup seems to love him. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again

Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!
