Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

This is the second time I have had Thomas as the rover sitter for my cats while away for over a week. He continues to provide incredible care for my cats and attends not only to their basic needs - food, water, litter - but also spends so much time playing with them and providing loving attention that it warms my heart. This trip Thomas even had to deal with a power outage at my home and reset necessary appliances making sure my cats stayed cool in this heat wave. I’m so appreciative for the peace of mind I am able to have knowing Thomas is there to care for them. I highly recommend him as a cat and pet sitter!

Catherine is wonderful! My skittish kitty warmed up to her right away, likely because she has so much experience with animals of all kinds that she's great at waiting for the cat to feel comfortable enough to come to her. She sent great photos and updates; I was so happy to find her!

Grace was lovely to work with and she provided excellent care for our two cats! Regular communication and great pictures of our kitties each day. Would be happy to have her pet sit for us again.

Mary was very responsive, and obviously a big cat person. She texted me photos of my cat looking extremely happy and relaxed, by which I could tell he felt very comfortable with her. All in all, I was very grateful to have found her, and happy with her help.

Lauren was amazing with my baby birds and cats!! I was so incredibly nervous to have someone watch over my baby parakeets while I was gone for a few days, and Lauren made me feel great about leaving them under her care. She did everything I asked of her, and sent me lovely photos and texts. Highly recommend Lauren for any pet care needs you may have--I'll definitely be hiring her again if I need another pet sitter!!
