Laura always includes a detailed update with lots of pictures, is great with communication, and most importantly, has gotten my shy cat out to come out and play!

Dave did an outstanding job taking care of all our pets. We had a complex care plan which covered cats, fish, plants, and a chicken flock. He took great care of all our charges, including those with special needs. Most impressive was his problem-solving skills during an emergency. We had full confidence in him and were grateful for his ability to handle the situation and adjust care plans as needed. Dave was professional, reliable, and communicative. Charlotte is always very quick to respond, and very enjoyable to coordinate pet care with! I asked that she do a video call prior to her Rover booking and she made herself available and made sure I felt comfortable with her taking care of my kitty. She followed all of the instructions I provided and leaves Rover cards that I look forward to reading. I’d definitely recommend Charlotte and will be requesting her services again the next time I’m out of town!

Sharon did a fantastic job cat sitting for our cat when we were out of town for about 10 days. She stopped by around the same time each day and was very reliable in feeding our cat, playing with him, changing his litter, topping off his water as needed, petting him, and making sure he had cat toys to keep him entertained (our cat loves mental stimulation!). Sharon also sent a cute picture of him each day (which we loved to get and brought a smile to our faces). She was also kind enough to bring in packages that arrived there we were unable to have held, which we appreciated greatly. She is a dependable and experienced cat sitter whom we would recommend to others too!

Anneke took great care of our kittens while we were away. The kittens were shy and Anneke was patient and tried her best to socialize with them. In the end they were willing to come out from under the sofa bed.
