Dog Boarding in Assonet

Darcia was a great sitter for our Yorkie, Biscuit! She kept our feisty pup busy with long walks, a swim in a local pond, and visits with friends. She was thorough about finding out Biscuit’s schedule, likes and dislikes, and little quirks, and was awesome about all of it. I would definitely book with her again!

This is the first time I’ve left Kobe for more than a day. While I was very nervous for a number of days, Cassandra did not disappoint! She kept me updated, including pictures, which made me feel a lot more at ease. Cassandra was also able to accommodate my earlier pick up time, with only a couple hours notice.

Annie seemed to thoroughly enjoy her stay with Leann and Michael. She loved being able to run in their fenced in back yard. Their two young boys were great company. Leanne and Michael allowed Annie to sleep on their bed at night. Overall, a great mini-vacation for Annie! I would definitely rebook with them.

Sheryl and her husband were my lifesavers this week. I had to work multiple night shifts and Sheryl was super flexible in watching Cosmo with my crazy schedule. She sent so many pictures of Cosmo getting along with her pups which put me at ease. She was truly the greatest help this week. Will definitely be coming back to her!

Steve did a wonderful job with my 7 year old boxer, Willow. She has never been left with strangers and he he eased her and me into the process. His patience made all the difference. It is amazing to now after all these years have someone to care for Willow if I need to go away. So happy I chose Steve. Thank you🥰

This was my second time sending my pup Penny to Katie and Mike’s and I cannot say enough about how amazing it is to go away and know my baby is being cared for. The first time leaving Penny was nerve wracking as I had never boarded her before (shes a rescue and very anxious/shy) and Katie and Mike sent notes and pictures everyday giving me updates as to how she was doing. Not only that, but when I picked her up, I had a happy and very sleepy little girl. Penny had such a great time with their two pups and they eased my fear of having to leave her for travel in the future. Thank you both so much!

Rebecca was Excellent!! She was very responsible and was great at communicating with me during her stay. She stayed in my home for 6 days and took care of 2 dogs. One 13 year old labrador that needed some gentle love and care and a younger golden retriever that had lots of energy. She was great at providing each dog with their individual needs. In addition, I came home to a nice clean house. I highly recommend her and plan on using her again!

John and Sharon took care of Sushi like their own pup. They were very communicative and gave us regular updates on the fun things sushi was doing. We also had a slight change of plans in our booking, and they were very accommodating. Sushi went for walks, had lots of playtime and enrichment sessions. She also got to snuggle on the couch and learnt a new command. Sushi had a great time with John and Sharon; we would love to leave her with them again.

Keiko had such a great stay with Kailyn - she came home super happy and well-loved! Thank you for taking such good care of her :)

Stella and Waffles had the best time! We received photos and updates on how they were doing over the course of their stay. If I had any questions they responded quickly. Our pups were well taken care of and we will definitely come back! They already miss hanging with Chase.

We had an awesome experience with Mike, he was super flexible with our plans, and communication was excellent. We got a detailed update after the first night on how our Louie had been doing, along with some pictures, our dog had so much fun during his stay, and most importantly he was safe and taken care of at all times! The dogs had more than enough space to run around (fenced in area) and had a little door to come in & out of the house whenever they needed. We’re 100% satisfied with every aspect of this booking with Mike, and Louie is looking forward to coming back sometime soon!

We were so nervous leaving our dog for the first time with anyone other than family. Anely sent multiple photos every day with updates about how it was going. She was honest but reassuring with her feedback, helping us feel comfortable while across the country. Our pup does not have great leash manners, so we were a little worried about someone else walking her, especially in the city, but Anely walked her confidently and comfortably during our meet & greet, and it was clear that it was a good fit. She responded to messages quickly from start to finish. I definitely recommend her!

Trish was simply wonderful! We were a little apprehensive leaving our two small dogs for a vacation but she and her husband were so welcoming and warm. As soon as we pulled up and saw the dog ramp on the porch, we knew these were people who love their pups as much as we do! We tested a few places but our girls were stressed by some of the other dogs, but not here! They loved Trish’s doxie, Ace, and immediately were comfortable. She took excellent care all week, especially bringing them outside to sniff and play! She sent daily pictures of their adventures which helped us see what a good time they had. We will absolutely be back to Trish the next trip! It was wonderful all around!!

Jessica and Abu were kind enough to watch our pup for a full month recently. Jessica welcomed him into their home and treated him as her own. She is so attentive and loving to all the dogs she cares for. She sent us daily updates/pictures and it was obvious to us that he was in the best hands while we were away. Jessica plans fun enrichment activities for the pups and goes above and beyond to make sure they are cared for physically and emotionally. She is organized, professional and her home is clean and tidy! I can't say enough good things about our experience. I highly recommend Jessica (and Abu) and will absolutely reach out to her again in the future.

Our 6 month puppy had an incredible 2 night stay at Cristina’s! He had so much fun with her dog, Buddy, that he felt like it was a vacation! She took excellent care of him and sent regular updates and pictures. He came home even happier than he left. I would absolutely ask Cristina to take care of our pup again! Thank you!

Lora was great with my girl! Everything went smoothly and I believe Honey had a great few nights with Lora and her family. I would highly recommend Lora in the loving care of Lora!

Gus (11 year old lab) had a great time with Alysha, Mikey, and their dog Bloo. Alysha and Mikey were able to book the stay on short notice, in the middle of the holiday season, when my family had to travel to New York City for a few days and couldn't take Gus with us. During Gus' stay I received pictures and a log of important events that happened each day. Gus seemed happy in all the pictures and came home tired from playing with Bloo. If I need to book boarding services for Gus in the future I will consider booking with Alysha and Mikey first, and I highly recommend them to others looking for boarding services.

We hired Jonathan and Amy last minute because our other plans for Buddy fell through. We had a great experience! Buddy got to hike, play, and swim…all his favorite things! We received pictures and updates every day. Highly recommend!
