Miriam was available to take out my puppy on short notice. It was raining and she ran into a problem with our door lock but yet she was still patient and reached out to me at work. She kept communication clear and open. This was our first time using Rover and we were happy with our experience.

It was clear from our meet and greet that Trish is so kind and patient and loves working with pups. Misha took to Trish right away, and I felt so relieved to have a trustworthy caregiver. Kay was great! They came and met us and our kitties ahead of the visit and made sure they had all the care information. They were right on time with the visit and sent photos and helpful updates, and even brought in a package we received while we were out. Have already booked with Kay again!

We had to extend our trip at the last minute, and Caitlyn was able to completely accommodate us despite us giving almost no notice. All three of our cats love her, and that's saying something given their usual attitudes towards people in general!! 10/10, would recommend Caitlin to anyone I know who has pets.
