Miriam was a fantastic Rover! She was highly communicative and took excellent care of our crew (cats and a senior dog). She was willing to reach out and ask questions as needed, and completed her Rover cards during every visit, helping us keep tabs on their functioning without having to ask her during every visit. We definitely plan to book with Miriam again!

This is the first time I’ve used River and Trish was a great first impression! She super responsive and professional and kind/patient with my skiddish Doberman! She came ready with suggestions for how to make my dogs comfortable and was flexible on the plan because she took queues from my dogs. Would definitely book again!

This was my first time using Rover, and I have to say I'm incredibly satisfied with the service! Cierra was kind, upfront about scheduling, and willing to put up with my (not my dog's) separation anxiety. I definitely feel like I messaged her a lot, but she always acknowledged each one and was very responsive. We did a meet & greet so that she could meet Mushu and see the layout in the house. Everything was explained to me, and I feel so much better about the whole process as a result. Would definitely use her services again in the future. Thank you, Cierra!

Jenna was an absolute gem! She visited daily for a week to care for our three cats, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very first day, she showed genuine affection and attentiveness, making sure the kitties felt safe, loved, and well cared for in our absence. Each visit was consistent and thorough—feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and even sending updates with adorable photos that gave us peace of mind. Jenna cleaned up a spot of vomit and provided photos of the rug where she cleaned so I’d know where I might need to focus additional cleaning. We came home to happy kitties and a spotless house. Highly recommend!
