Amber took care of my dog Oakley for 5 days - she is professional, extremely responsible and I felt confident Oakley was in good hands while I was away. I received a report card every visit. I highly recommend Amber and will be utilizing her services again in the future.

Ace is the best! I broke my leg and couldn't do the prep I would otherwise for their visit. She were so helpful with getting my babies fed. She is incredibly reliable and did today's visit on really short notice because I was in a pinch. She should 100% be your first choice for care.

Matt was responsive and accepted the booking within minutes. The first visit went fine and I got an update with a photo of my pet. The second visit was scheduled for 7:30am and by 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left Matt a voicemail. I didn't hear back for 40min and was worrying the whole time that my pet wasn't going to be taken care of and I couldn't get a hold of Matt. When I heard back, Matt was apologetic and shared that he had a family health issue through the night that caused him to oversleep. This visit ended up happening 2 hours late. I understand that sometimes things happen and I feel for his family, however, I was relying on him to care for my pet. This could be a fluke, but I won't be booking with Matt again.

Cara is a top-tier pet sitter. She is great with communication, gladly sends photos, and clearly loves animals! We are delighted to know she will be caring for our little guy whenever we aren’t home.

Grace was super friendly and enthusiastic about giving my cat the best care possible. She communicated well before and during the booking. My kitty has asthma and needs to be given her inhaler twice a day. This can be a bit intimidating to some, but Grace was willing to learn and ask questions. She did have some difficulty reaching the goal number of breaths with the Aerokat, but it's impossible to know the cause. I didn't have her practice using the Aerokat during our meet-and-greet, so she was on her own the first time using it. Also, there are days when Josie is fussy and I also struggle to get the full 10 breaths in. When she had trouble reaching 10 breaths, she reached out to me for recommendations. This is the most I could ask for. The note on her final visit simply stated that Josie was doing well and had been taken care of (she did include pictures). I like when a bit more detail is included. Overall, she truly cared about my kitty, followed directions well, sent pictures every visit, and reached out when she needed help. While I do wish that she had written a bit more in her updates and had more success with the inhaler, I don't think this should affect her rating as I could've asked for more detail in updates and done more training with the inhaler. I would book with her again.

Jessica was wonderful as always, but this time was especially amazing as we had our first big snow storm and she made sure that despite the weather that she made it here to take care of our little kitty while we were away. So grateful to have her!
