Xiaoxue was a wonderful caretaker for Ella, my elderly cat who'd never been boarded before! Ella was given her own room, but also had opportunity to get to know Xiaoxue's pets...from photos and updates, and Ella's good health after two weeks with Xiaoxue, it's obvious she was showered with love. Rachel was awesome helping out in a pinch when my flights got delayed and I needed an extra check in added on to my booking for Gracie and I came home to a happy kitten!
