Gail is a loving and conscientious sitter. This was my first time using Rover and I was feeling quite a lot of anxiety about leaving my cat with a stranger. But Gail came over for a meet and greet and Charley took to her very quickly. Gail is trustworthy and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my Charley in her hands. She sent multiple daily pictures and updates, spent time playing g and loving up on her and Charley was fine and happy when I came home.

Super friendly, attentive to detail, kitties were well taken care of. All of my overprotective kitty mama nuances were appreciated. 😹
