Kim was wonderful! We have an 18 1/2 year old cat and we were anxious about leaving her for 2 nights. Kim sent us updates and photos and clearly Bella felt comfortable with her because when we returned she seemed completely content, no signs of anxiety at all. Everything was clean and just as we had requested be done. Not only that, but a smoke alarm unexpectedly was blaring when she arrived for one of the last visits and she handled the problem perfectly, leaving us a detailed note. We would definitely request her again if we have to be out of town.
As always, Caitlin is extremely professional, reliable, and responsive in taking care of my cat when I am away. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for pet care services in the Plymouth area!
