Rich was wonderful with both our own ebullient lab and our son's visiting beagle. He took both dogs for nice walks and sent great pictures. He responded to us very quickly and worked with our weekend needs. We'd highly recommend and plan to use him again.

Caitlin was perfect! My husband and I had a last minute outing we were attending today and needed our puppy boy to be tended to. She even reached out about an extra walk if I had difficulty getting home, demonstrating a genuine concern for my dog’s welfare. Overall an excellent experience.
