Caitlin was great. It was a last minute booking and she responded very quickly. My Maltese had a great day with her and her family. It was just like she was a part of their family while I was gone. I love getting the pictures and a video of my dog with Caitlin’s baby. It was adorable. The flexibility of drop off and pick-up was great. I would recommend Caitlin.

Sarah did a great job of taking care of our pet kitty Tally and helping us navigate our first time using the Rover service. She kept us informed of her coming and goings and gave exceptional good care of our cat that has kidney disease. We will definitely use Sarah’s services in the future.

Rachael always takes such good care of my Daisy. She takes care of her the way I do, and it is such an amazing gift to have her in our lives. Due to a family emergency I had to be away from my pup for 2 weeks and knowing Rachael was part of the team caring for Daisy let me breathe a sigh of relief!

Rick was wonderful! Very accommodating help us at the last minute. He was excellent with communication. Our pup was very happy when we returned home.

Elizabeth was great! My husband and I went on vacation and she took care of my 13 year old cat, Daisy for 10 days. She went out of her way to assure me that Daisy was safe and well taken care of during our time away. I will absolutely contact Elizabeth again if we need her services!

Laura is an excellent pet sitter! She took great care of my cat, Oliver, for several days recently. I am VERY particular about who cares for Oliver while I am away. Laura met all my criteria. First, Laura is a Certified Vet Tech. Oliver had an issue with urinary blockage last September (he is fine now). I gave Laura an account of his medical history so that IF Oliver blocked while I was away, she would know what to look for and what to do. Even though I expected Oliver would be fine the entire visit, I felt confident leaving him under Laura's care, just in case. She stopped by twice each day to feed Oliver, scoop his litter box, and play with him. She sent me text messages and photos at each visit. Last but certainly not least, Laura is very personable and friendly. I felt that I could trust her. It is evident to me that Laura loves animals. Oliver and I both really like Laura, so we will definitely book her services the next time we need a pet sitter!

We just moved from CA with our 15 year old Diva Tortoise Shell cat and she is extremely skittish around anyone but my husband and myself. It took our last sitter almost two years to see her and have her come up to smell his hand! The first day Susan was there she sent us a photo of Tay sitting in the doorway checking her out - which was phenomenal! She must sense that Susan is a true cat person and it really blew us away. We feel confident now that we can leave her home without feeling guilty! I would recommend her highly and can't wait to finally go on vacation and not worry about Tay as much. :)
