Kim was absolutely amazing! She is so kind, gentle and patient. Our two cats are extremely skittish and Kim spent each visit building on the last to help put them at ease. By the last visit she had both cats eating in front of her and playing! Incredible! Thank you so much Kim! We are starting to think of places to go to be able to have you back sooner 😊
