Giuseppe did a great job with all of the pets. The older dogs need extra care, and he was happy to help. Plus, the photos were much appreciated and helped us relax while we were away. We looked forward to the photos every day!

Kim is so wonderful. My husband and I got a new puppy in March and shortly thereafter my husband's job required multiple days of unexpected work travel. I was so nervous about how to care for and train my little man (I'm the one who works outside the house). Kim honestly saved the day and did several daily drop-ins with the puppy and her consistency has been key in helping to potty train him. She sends the best Rover updates and photos that help to assuage my mom guilt/anxiety! My puppy is so happy and at peace when I get home thanks to Kim.

Had Vassu come and take care of our two cats for two vacations. She was prompt and thorough. Communication was always very quick. She's dependable and will be my first choice in the future!

When I had my meet-up with Andrea, I sensed that she was exactly who I needed when leaving my cats for a week with a stranger for the first time. Although Max and Zoey usually hide from strangers/family/friends, Andrea sent me pictures of both of them! She also rinsed every can and pouch, and recycled them. Very tidy! Such an easy experience for me and I will utilize Andrea as often as needed if she is available.

Took very good care of my dog Remy, was great at communicating with me before and during visits.

We will always appreciate the time Adam takes out of his day to look in on our two cats. It's as if he loves them as his own. It's the best kitty updates while we are away.

Jill was 10/10. She was so kind, easy and really a breeze to work with! This is our second time using rover and we are really glad we found her. We had an unexpected family member who normally cared for our dog fall ill and she was really compassionate and understanding. We did a meet and greet via video prior to our vacation to get familiarized with one another, our home and our dog to see if it was a good fit. She was flexible, responsive and was very attentive to our dog. We appreciate all of her diligence with the care for Kya, our home, and even picking up her messes! We really value her honesty, integrity and hard work. Jill was really easy to work with which really made this experience feel so much better. Our dog also loved her and all of her play time. Jill we can’t thank you enough. And we can’t wait to work with you again in the future!

Ace was so good with both of our dogs! They came over to do a meet and greet beforehand and were so patient with my partner's nervous rescue dog who is terrified of everything. When they came to take the dogs out, they kept us updated with everything that happened and really took their time not to rush the nervous little dog. You can tell they really care about animals and love spending time with them. I would definitely recommend them, especially for nervous or high needs pets.
