Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!

My husband & I hired Branden to take care of our cat, Mickey for 17 days. We instructed him to feed, scoop, and interact with Mickey twice a day. This was our first time using a cat sitter service. We are so glad we did! Branden did an exceptional job! He texted (with pictures) twice a day to keep us updated on Mickey. By the pictures he sent it looks like Mickey totally bonded with him too! Hallie took incredible attentive care of my strong 60 pound pup. Was above and beyond and communicative on a relatively last minute trip I made. Very thankful and will gladly have her again!

We were very nervous leaving our new cat alone for the first time but from the moment we contacting Megan our fears started to subside. She came and met our cat Aria and immeadiately was able to get our cat to trust her and feel comfortable with her through play, warmth and giving her a treat. Megan was consistent with her visits and her care of Aria. She did not miss one day or one check in and came twice a day for a week while we were gone. She sent pictures through this app so we knew our girl was doing good. When we came home, her litterbox was clean and our little squeaky bundle of energy had not destroyed our home, showing she got plenty of attention while we were gone. She was happy and affectionate and came right to us. Megan is very reliable, attentive, consistent, warm and reassuring. We highly recommend her and will definitely book her again to watch our kitty while we are gone.

Darcy was great watching our cat! I really appreciated all of the photos of him and how she waited alittle bit extra for him to come out because he can be scared at first. She communicated well, was always on time and did everything we asked. Thank you Darcy!
