Cat Sitting in Florence

It's my first time using Rover, and the pictures Heather sent were both reassuring that Sparks was doing good, and adorable. Heather was great about everything else, too.

Matt is great with our cats! He is very thorough in his communication which is so reassuring when we travel and miss our boys. He has also been very accommodating when our plans change last minute. The cats really like him — they’re always posing for him and we get the most beautiful photo updates!

Harley listened closely to all instructions and was responsive. She kindly sent photos and our shy kitty was comfortable with her :)

Grace is one of the best cat sitters that we've had! She asked a lot of great questions during our meet and greet which immediately put me at ease. Our kitties enjoyed their time with Grace and seemed to quickly warm up to her. Grace provided us with updates and reached out when something came up. She brought in the mail and packages too! We will definitely use her services in the future!

Alleigh got along very well with my cat and was very communicative during the whole process. Highly recommended, will definitely be booking her again in the future.

Hello. This is our third time having Bena care for our elder cat. He loves her. She is very caring and kind and professional. We will be seeing her again.

Sarah cared for our shy cat while we were gone for a week and got her to feel comfortable and safe! It was comforting to know that our cat was in good hands while we were gone, and was getting the cuddles and care she needed :)

Kelli (& Jeff) did an amazing job watching my cat, Halsey. He is a shy boy, so I was so pleased to get updates from Kelli showing them bonding. He took to her pretty fast and knowing that he was well made my travels so much more relaxing. Kelli also kept my plants alive and even washed the sheets so I would have a clean bed when I returned. It was such a sweet, and appreciated act. I would definitely recommend Kelli & Jeff E. and use them again. I was extremely pleased with their service, and most importantly, I think my cat was too.

Annika was terrific. It was our first time having someone perform at home drop-ins versus boarding and Annika's positive reviews were backed by our experience. We will absolutely re-book with Annika way ahead of our next trip!

Sailor was great, I would definitely recommend. Sailor left a very thorough check-in summary, spent time with my kitty, and was even thoughtful enough to bring in a package that had been delivered while I was away! I feel totally confident leaving my cat in Sailor's hands and will seek to do so again in the future if I'm away.

Five stars isn’t nearly enough to leave for Alexis! 100 might be sufficient but definitely not five! Alexis is not just a great pet sitter, but you will definitely find that she is a fantastic, caring, kind and genuine human being as well! She is the best cat sitter I’ve ever had in my life, and I have zero doubts that she is just as wonderful with dogs too! Alexis puts 500% effort into her job, and she truly cares about pets and their owners. She went above and beyond and completely out of her way for me and my cat because she has such a big heart! She took such excellent care of him that I can’t imagine hiring anybody else in the future but her! Do yourself a favor by hiring Alexis for every single one of your pet care needs in the future!

Sharene stayed at our house for a week with our kitty Twyla while we went on vacation. The house was extra clean and tidy upon our return, and Twyla was well groomed and happy!! I loved the daily check ins and pics that Sharene sent us:) She even went above and beyond —cleaning up the yard after a big storm and washing our sheets. Would definitely reccomend this sitter for a kind and contentious caretaker for your bbs.
