Dog Boarding in Freetown

Tara was so kind and communicative during our pup’s stay with her! She graciously offered a meet and greet a couple weeks before his stay. During his stay we received regular photo updates and she was quick to answer any of my messages. We look forward to seeing her again in a couple of weeks for another visit! Thank you, Tara!

We were so nervous leaving our furbaby for 9 days, but, from the first meeting, Amanda and her family made us (and more importantly, our boy) feel so welcome and at ease. We can say with complete confidence, that we won't be leaving our baby anywhere else as long as Amanda is petsitting!

Melissa was great! She was so accomodating to both me and my dog; she was ok with a last-minute booking change, and Casey proved to be a little more challenging for her than we expected. She gave him great accomodations and loving care, and communicated with me throughout his stay. It was my first time boarding any of my pets, and I'm so glad we were able to have Melissa take care of him because it worked out perfectly!! We will definitely contact her for any future boarding needs.

I'm so thankful to have found Ciara to take care of my pup! He loves staying at her home and playing with her dog, and I always get the cutest pics and videos while I'm gone. Absolutely the best dogsitter I've ever found on Rover!

Oh my God Austin is so amazing. He cared for my husky while I was away for a day on a day trip and my husky has super anxiety. He’s very energetic Austin treated him amazing kept me updated. Text back when I text him to see how he was. I recommend him to anybody.

Lourdes did a fantastic job taking care of our baby boy. He got lots of outside time and exercise and got a long great with her dogs. I would recommend Lourdes services to any of my family and friends!

This was our first time using Rover and are totally pleased with Jenna and Michael. They provided many updates and pictures which set us at ease. Mack was very happy when we picked him up…thanks again

Amy and Jonathan were absolutely wonderful not only to our dogs but to work with. They were responsive, flexible, and friendly. Loved all the pictures and videos they sent. They truly cared for our fur babies as if they were theirs. I would 100% recommend them and hope to use them again soon.

AMAZING is all I have to say about Kathy ❤️ She brought my dog Penny for walks, a car ride & gave her lots of snuggles! Penny loves going there! Thank you Kathy - Penny can’t wait to see you again!!!!

Renee kept us updated throughout the stay and was very understanding when Elly was adjusting to the new environment. We could tell she was cozy once she was all settled in. Renee was also very accomodating with the last minute booking for Christmas. She was a lifesaver!

Geof took amazing care of my dog, Henry, while I was gone. In the week leading up to my trip, Henry injured himself and required special bed rest, foods, and medication. Geof was amazing and facilitated all of this while sending me updates and monitoring his injury. I was actually able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Henry. Thanks Geof!

We have used Sunny several times and will continue to. She sends pictures regularly and she, her husband, and dog take wonderful care of our dog.

I am so grateful to Kevin for agreeing to watch Mouche last minute. He was very sweet with her and she had a great time going on walks, playing in the fenced in backyard, and taking naps. I had a delay on the way to pick her up and Kevin was flexible and willing to wait. It was clear from the start that Kevin really loves dogs and that Mouche would be in great hands. I would drop Mouche off again anytime.

I was very nervous to leave my puppy overnight. My puppy is an active one who requires some attention. When I first met Mike I liked the way he introduced my dog to his dogs. My dog needed to check out the environment and get to know his dogs. It took about 15 minutes for him to finally adjust and run around in the yard. I was not sure if my dog was going to sleep okay or feel anxious. Mike was honest with me and let me know that he was a bit restless but he was manageable. Mike also sent some photos of his stay which helped to make me feel more relaxed and at ease. I am looking for someone that both my dog and I are comfortable with so we can go away for long weekends or longer vacations. I would definitely recommend Mike and I would use him again.

Wow we are so grateful to have found Keasha to take care of our 1 year old puppy Happy. We started with an initial meet and greet to see if it was a good fit for both parties which was awesome and really helpful in making us feel comfortable leaving our pup somewhere for the first time for a whole week! Keasha made us feel like Happy was “home” just somewhere else for a bit, and we saw that in fun daily pictures and messages about how he was doing. What a kind and loving person-thanks K!

Chris and Whitney are awesome! The only people that may love my dog more than me, is them. I could tell from the questions they asked that taking care of dogs is a passion for them. They were really interested that Penny had a great experience while she stayed with them. She loved her time with Chris and Whitney. From exploring the awesome (fenced) backyard, to playing with other dogs, to snuggling on the couch, Penny was thrilled. I was thrilled to get updates with pictures on how things were going. All around a great experience and I would absolutely use Chris and Whitney again.

Sarah and Ben are wonderful! They were very accommodating and wanted to ensure that our dogs had a successful stay. They sent pictures and provided thorough updates, putting us at ease. We are grateful for the care they provided and will definitely be rebooking with them again. Highly recommend!

Gus had a great time and always loves his time with Lucy! Courtney is very responsive to text, sends plenty of pictures and updates. Really puts you at ease knowing your loved one is in capable loving hands.
