Dog Boarding in Georgetown

This was our first time using Rover, and we’re so glad we discovered it! We recently traveled to Portugal and needed someone to care for our senior “pitizen,” Stewie. He’s the sweetest, easiest boy to love, but some might hesitate because he wears belly bands (his little “leaky faucet,” as we like to call it). From the very start, Rebeca and her family welcomed Stewie with open arms. Just hours before dropping him off, he suddenly experienced an episode where his back legs gave out—something completely new and scary for us. After a quick urgent care visit and a conversation with Rebeca, we felt completely comfortable moving forward with our trip, confident that Stewie was in the best hands possible. Throughout our travels, Rebeca kept us updated with multiple pictures and messages every day, showing Stewie happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. He was treated like part of the family—so much so that he even got to sleep in her kids’ beds each night! Rebeca and her family are the full package—a true home away from home for your beloved furry friends. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Another great stay for our pup with Lindsay and her family. Honestly, we were a little worried our dog would be bummed out when we came to pick him up. It's like dog camp. Linday's dog Tilly is as welcoming a host as Lindsay.

Murphy, our 8 month old french bulldog puppy, has the absolute best time with Julie and family! He never wants to leave. While this hurts our feelings, we are very happy to know that he loves the time he spends "on vacation". We are so excited to have found this great family to help us when we have to be away from our boy.

I can't recommend Ari enough! She boarded my two dogs, Louie and Lestat, for five days and went above and beyond to make them feel safe, happy, and part of her family. From the moment I dropped them off, I could tell they were in great hands. She kept me updated throughout their stay with regular texts and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I took care of personal business and errands. Both of my dogs came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. It’s so comforting to know that they were loved and treated like family. Ari is professional, kind, and absolutely wonderful with animals. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring dog sitter, look no further – she’s the best!

Mike took excellent care of our high maintenance little girl. Photos showed how secure and happy she felt. Mike's house is super clean and pet safe. Highly recommend and will be using Mike's services again.

Lovely, trustworthy, people who had the patience for our spoiled Maltese and we look forward to being regulars of theirs. Having never boarded our dog with anyone or anywhere, we were nervous and stressed. But Donna and Roland are our new doggie saviors and our little girl seemed right at home with them.

Cooper had a blast. He was happy and tired when we got him home. We have a very a golden retriever who jumps when he's excited. Faith was confident that she could handle it and said he was fine.

Daisy is very easy to communicate and also very professional. She follows instructions and sent me lots of videos and photos frequently. She even has prepared a doggie TV, which is super nice. Definitely would recommend her for boarding since she did a fantastic job of taking care my dog during Christmas.

Donnie was great! He met with us ahead of Boone’s stay to address any concerns we had. He also spent time talking to us about how he did at the end of his stay.

Charlie had another awesome stay with Mercis. She sent regular updates and took good care of him including giving his meds which he has to take both AM and PM.

Monica was GREAT for our pup, Scout is an active dog and she took him for walks and made sure he was comfortable throughout his stay. She was great with communication and sent many pics. Looking forward to working with Monica again, thank you!

Another great stay with Gienna for our cockapoo who was so excited to see Gienna and Maggie again! I love G's (very) frequent photo-commentary which gives me a window into her strong bond with Millie - she clearly appreciates her many "foibles". We'll absolutely be back - and soon!

Donna was amazing with our new rescue puppy. She was kind and attentive to all her needs. Donna was very accommodating for a last minute booking and she kept me well updated on how Belle was doing. We will be booking Donna for all our dog sitting needs.

Nikki and her family are amazing with our dog. They’ve really gotten to know him and it’s obvious they enjoy playing with him when he’s at their house. He’s always in good hands with them.

I don’t normally leave my dog with just anyone, but Sylwia and Doug made me feel so comfortable leaving our dog, Ellie for 13 days after meeting them. The updates I got from them while on vacation, I was able to enjoy my it without stressing out! I will definitely have Sylwia and Doug watch Ellie again!

Christina has been incredible for my active border collie mix, Joni!! Joni has some separation anxiety, but it completely goes away when she’s at Christina’s! She is so happy there. Christina has also saved me a few times, when I had last minute trips/medical emergencies, and took Joni on short notice. Easy recommend!

Stacey and her family were terrific! They spoiled our large Bernrdoodle Murph with love, treats and romps in the backyard. They sent tons of pictures to show us he was happy but most of all they were so accommodating when our trip got canceled due to the airspace being closed in the Caribbean. They could not have been more understanding of our situation and we look forward to booking another stay for Murphy with them sometime soon.

We left our 3yr old Lab with Kristen for our trip to Denver. Their dog Archie and Brewster were fast friends and enjoyed many hikes and park outings together while we were away. If you have a Lab you know they are very energetic and need activity, Kristen was up to the challenge. We got many pictures of Brewster being loved and Kristen was extremely flexible and accommodating with our trip changes. Kristen and Bobby are wonderful caring sitters that we would not hesitate to use again and again.

I would give 8 stars if I could! Dolev and Brian were absolute lifesavers. They were able to take Tekken last minute and saved our annual family vacation. We got tons of updates and pics and Tekken has sunch a good time! Would recommend to ANYONE and will def be contacting them again!
