Great experience with Marlena, it was the first time using Rover and I would use her again. She always sent pictures and let me know how my cat was doing every visit, even if he wasn't social. She is very caring and knows animals. I would recommend her.

Caroline was amazing! We've never used Rover before, but none of our usual sitters were available. We were hesitant with Rover because we have never had someone we don't know watch our babies. Because of this, I wrote long and detailed instructions, wanting to make sure everything was communicated, knowing that it was a lot to take in. Caroline stepped in and absolutely shined. She followed every instruction, and updated us on every part of her visits. I genuinely felt like my boys were in good hands the whole time! Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!
