Kelly did a great job with my sometimes-reticent pup. She walked & pet him, & left very detailed reports with excellent pictures. I felt very comfortable with Kelly & was delighted with her service. She even reached out about an extra walk if I had difficulty getting home, demonstrating a genuine concern for my dog’s welfare. Overall an excellent experience.

Honestly, Heather has been nothing but extremely accommodating. She’s incredibly flexible and very sweet. She understood that I was worried because my dog doesn’t like strangers at first especially meeting them without me. She took time out of her day to coordinate with me. 10/10 would use again !
