Michael provided excellent care for our two cats. He was consistent with twice daily drop-ins while we were away on a week- long trip. He gave updates with adorable pics of our babies after each visit and even spent some time playing with them! It gave us peace of mind, knowing our kitties were in good hands while we were away! Diane is the absolute best! She went above and beyond with communication during drop-in visits with my two cats, sending me videos and numerous photos with every visit. I felt very at ease that my cats were very well taken care of when I was away. I could tell from the videos that they really liked her and she seemed fond of them, too! She also helped out with watering a couple of my plants when I asked her to do that at the last minute.

Carol did an excellent job of visiting our dog Leo. She clearly has a passion for dogs and enjoys being around them. Leo seemed very happy to be spending time with Carol as she shared some nice pictures. Very timely communication and friendly. I recommend.
