Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in Lenox

Heather was amazing! We booked four days of drop-in visit for our two kittens - restocking their food and water, and giving them play and attention. Heather's communication was quick and perfect, and she followed what we mutually agreed to the letter. Obviously she knows her way around cats, and both kittens liked her. She took very careful and considerate care of our kittens, including sending us daily pictures and updates, and spotting problems immediately (ants in one of the food bowls - it's summer...) so that they could be resolved. We highly recommend her, and are leaving a glowing review.

So thoughtful and sweet! I felt like my pets were in fantastic care with McKenna, and I will be having her watch them again FOR SURE! Thank you again, McKenna. :)

Andrea was great and took great care of my pets. She left a really nice note when I got home and texted me pictures throughout the time she was watching them. Will definitely re-book!

Keri has watched our cats twice now. My cats absolutely love Keri! She send updates and always makes sure to give them lots of love. She is even winning over our very shy cat.

Chloe was great! Super communicative and the kitties were very happy and healthy when we returned home.

Ashley is great with Scarlett and is absolutely reliable! We had to find someone to check in on Scarlett on short notice and Ashley was highly responsive — within 24 hours we had spoken through Rover, she had visited to meet Scarlett, and we had determined a good schedule. She was very adaptable to our schedule, and is able to come in to let Scarlett out in the middle of the day, when we’re not around. I highly recommend Ashley!

We’ve used Becca a couple of times, and will continue to. Becca is polite, understanding, and easy to work with. She shows up on time and follows instructions. If something wasn’t clear she messaged us right away. We don’t have to worry about our dogs or house when we’re away because we know we can trust her.
