Being my first time on the Rover app, obviously you can get a bit nervous when finding someone to watch your fur children. Meeting Caroline for the first time and seeing the care she had for my pets, put my nerves to ease incredibly quickly. She was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and clearly has a way with pets. Erin is a phenomenal dog walker, and I’d recommend her to anyone! She’s always very professional, responsive, and timely, and she has no problem keeping up with our energetic 1 year old Australian shepherd!

Jess was so amazing. I haven’t taken a vacation in awhile because my cat is pretty attached to me and he can be a bit grumpy with strangers. He did happen to have a few of those days 😅 and Jess was perfectly understanding. Her check in notes were detailed and I could really tell she cared for my cat and wanted to be there while I was away. Would 1000 % have Jess watch my cat again.

Charlene took such great care of my 3 cats. She look lots of pictures and even got my shy cat to play with a toy while she was there. She was also super accommodating to last minute plan changes.

Yuzhou is so sweet. I love reading her notes and seeing the photos she took of Luna while we were away. I think Luna and her get along very well which is rare for Luna. She even left a little gift for us (a printed photo of Luna in a picture frame) 🥰. Thank you Yuzhou!

Tanya did a phenomenal job with our very anxious/scared cat! This was our first time using a pet service and we were so impressed how quickly she won him over and we really appreciated the care she took. She followed all our instructions, was able to successfully get him to take his pill everyday and left us at ease. Leo was great with Mango and clearly is experienced with dogs. Mango is a high energy lab Aussie mix and Leo was able to help calm her down with their initial greeting. Leo and Mango got along great with lots of ball throws, treats and play. Thank you, Leo!
