Ely was amazing!! She took care of our cats while my wife and I were out of the country and kept us constantly updated with very detailed Scorecards (with plenty of photos) - at no point did we feel any worry and knew we had left them in great hands. Laura is the best. Our dog is a bit nervous/ wacky and Laura's calm energy made it easy for him to settle down quickly and relax around her. We are new dog owners and Laura even gave us some tips for things like leash walking. We are so happy to have found her and it is so easy to trust her with our dog and our home.

Elizabeth took good care of our cats, respected our boundaries/requests, and very kindly brought in packages for us that arrived while we were out :)
