We used Quinn for our shy senior sisters for a full week. Her service was excellent. Always prompt and on time, making sure to talk to our babies even though they refuse to be seen. The litter box service was excellent ensuring each box was thoroughly cleaned each day. Quinn would also do a quick scan of the premises to ensure all was well. We will use her services again soon! We have a very difficult older cat who needs daily medication. We had already been through two cat sitters who were not able to administer her meds, after the first time, so we were concerned fo try again. Jared had great instincts with how to deal with the situation. He took the time to let the cat get to know him first. He was reliable and had good communication. We would definitely use him again.

Our cat, Silas, (little more than a kitten) stayed with Heather for 5 days. She kept us updated with pictures daily on how he was doing. When she coaxed him out of hiding he was affectionate. By the time we picked him up he had become a fixture in Heather’s home. She do us a great job with him. We’re very pleased and we won’t hesitate to book with Heather again.
