Dog Boarding in Mattapan

I can’t say enough good things about Jess, her husband John, and their two sweet daughters (ages 6 and 7) who recently watched my two dogs, Teddy and Natalie. From the moment I dropped them off, I could tell they were in great hands. Jess and her family welcomed them into their home like they were part of the family, and my dogs felt right at home Jess sent frequent updates and adorable photos - my absolute favorites were of her daughters cuddling my dogs in their arms. It reminded me so much of when my own girls were that age, doing the exact same thing with our previous dogs. It was so sweet and heartwarming! Drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and communication was great throughout. Jess even went out of her way to follow a special request I had: crating Natalie at night in her own, comically extra-large crate, which I brought with the dogs at drop off. It’s something that helps Natalie sleep through the night, and Jess respected that completely - even mentioning how surprised she was at how well it worked! I had to travel to California to help my daughter apartment hunt for grad school, and knowing Teddy and Natalie were so well cared for made the trip so much easier. I would absolutely, highly recommend Jess and her family to anyone looking for loving, reliable care for their dogs. It was such a smooth experience from start to finish - and honestly, my dogs came back so happy and relaxed! Jess will definitely be my go-to whenever I need to leave Teddy and Natalie behind in my travels, for it truly has become their new "home away from home."

Alyson was so wonderful! She took such good care of our baby boy while we were away for the week - always playing with him and sending us photo and video updates. She's very reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend her if you need someone to board your cat!

Jodi and her family were great! We received photo's and updates which was fantastic. Gus seemed very comfortable and happy with his stay. We've already planned his next visit with Jodi. Highly recommend!

Penny was with Daniel and his dog Annie for a week. Daniel made Penny feel at home right away and by the end of the stay Penny was playing with both of them. Penny had a wonderful stay. Daniel is very knowledgeable and responsible and sent us photos and videos to keep us updated which was very helpful as we were traveling. Would strongly recommend Daniel (and Annie) and in fact we rebooked Penny with Daniel for our next travel.

Dana was fantastic. Rocket is a big baby and very attached, so we were delighted to find that he was loving his stay with Dana. I would confidently recommend his for your pet!

Tian did an excellent job in taking care of Gogol when I was away for three weeks. Will definitely recommend her for taking care of your pet. Thank you Tian.

Steven was very flexible to look after our dog Gunner when we went away for the weekend. We appreciate that he was willing to have us drop our dog off at 5am and pick our guy up later than anticipated due to traffic. Thanks for taking care of our guy, he had a great time at your place :)

Lauren was a great sitter - she was responsive, accommodating, and confident with dog handling. My dog is anxiety-prone and seemed to do really well with her.

Jamie took a good care of Shadow for a week. Shadow had a serious heart disease and was on 4 different medications. I was afraid that due to his condition it would be hard to find a sitter. Jamie had no problem in accepting boarding him, and even based on her experience from taking care of her own dog to adjust the schedule of giving him medicines to reduce his cough. She also didn't mind the disturbance from Shadow getting up during the night to pee. Shadow felt comfortable in her house, slept with her and her son. I am so sad to say that Shadow passed away suddenly a few days ago. Thank you so much Jamie for giving Shadow a warm loving home in his last days of life.

Super grateful to Whitney and her husband for excellent care of our two little guys! One of them takes several medications with a varying schedule and they were on top of it. We are very appreciative of their responsiveness, communication, and pictures. Our vacations are so much more enjoyable when we know our guys are in great hands :)

Ted was fantastic with my dog while I was traveling. He kept in touch every day and was always quick to respond. It was clear my pup was in good hands the entire time. I’d gladly book with Ted again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.

Casey was wonderful and Millie loved her! Great communication and flexibility (and photos!) — will absolutely ask Casey to watch Millie again. ☺️

Kayla is a warm gentle dog loving person who takes great care of our German Shepherd girl. She is caring and committed to her all of her 4 legged pals and gets to know them and genuinely treats them as individuals. We are happy that we found her.

Emmy had a great time. And considering it rained the entire day she stayed, she was as happy as could be and felt at home from the moment she got there. Thanks guys!

Nally was great with our Labradoodle while we were on vacation for a week. She sent daily updates and photos. He was shy and skittish in the new environment at first, but by the end seemed to be extremely attached to Nally.

Well where do I start? Miss Mokeisha was so great with my dog Ginger, she kept us updated with pics and videos. She followed instructions to a T. And even went above and beyond and gave her healthy snacks that I had listed. Lets just say my dog wasnt ready to leave when she was picked up! I would recommend Miss Mokeisha.

Chester had the best stay with Tae! We got lots of updates and pictures of all the adventures Tae took him on. He came back so happy, calm and well adjusted. He cant wait to return!!

Isabella was great! Flexible with pickup and drop off times and very communicative. She sent pictures daily and always responded promptly. Skully seems to have had a great time with her! Definitely recommend
