Ace is amazing and so caring and attentive. We won’t leave our little cat, Ella with anyone else. Ace sent us pictures throughout the entire time and updated us about what Ella was doing. Ace truly honors animals with love, adoration and respect. Your little guy or girl will be in excellent hands with Ace. ❤️

Samantha watched our cat and dog over a weekend and did a great job! Our dog has a few special needs regarding separation anxiety and on-leash reactivity and Samantha was very attentive to all of her needs. Her communication was great throughout the weekend and everything was neat and tiddy when we came back home. Would definitely have her back!

Erin was great! She took excellent of our dogs and cat. The house was immaculate. We couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker for the animals and the house. We would certainly hire Erin again.

Matt was excellent. I was so grateful that he was able to step in and care for my medically fragile dogs when another rover member had to cancel due to illness. It was immediately apparent to me that Matt is skilled and experienced with dogs behaviorally and medically. One of my dogs has become reactive to strangers in the home. Matt took the barking and growling in stride and they were buddies in a day. One of my two dogs has congestive heart failure and requires many medication doses a day. He didn't miss a beat, gave her all of her medications daily, and also gave me daily updates on her respiration. This rover assignment was not an easy gig! His competence and reassurance allowed us to leave and visit our son in California. I highly recommend him.

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Yvette, who took care of my dogs while I was away. Yvette's regular communication and thoughtful updates, complete with photos, provided me with immense comfort. It was evident that my dogs were not just looked after but genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Yvette for her excellent pet-sitting service.

Cindy was very experienced with cats and dogs and that became clear in the way she cared for ours. She was not as familiar with parrots (we have three) but was eager to learn and did a great job with all aspects of their care e.g. feeding, socializing, and morning and nighttime routine. We were on an international vacation and she kept us updated via WhatsApp with photos, stories and anything that we should know. That gave us peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that the animals enjoyed her company and that were in good hands. Cindy is very qualified and professional with pet care and we we will continue to use her in the future.

Justin was fantastic. He kept me updated and sent pictures and kept our house super clean and tidy. I highly recommend.
