House Sitting in Nantucket

She was amazing! We had a difficult time getting back and her ability to plan ahead gave us a lot of comfort while dealing with airlines. The dogs loved her and everything was left in perfect condition

Olivia took super care of my pets while I was in London for a week.

Bradley is a wonderful dog sitter,and we highly recommend him. He cared for our 15 1/2 year old English Setter for 5 days. Bradley endeavored to meet all of Bridger's needs which were many because Bridger wears diapers, and she requires special meal preparations. Basically, Brad ran a doggy nursing home for 5 days, and that is not an easy task. However, Brad made it a labor of love, and he was very kind to our girl. His kindness allowed us to attend our daughter's wedding in peace because we knew Bridger would be just fine. And she was. We returned to a happy and healthy girl who might even choose Brad over us. Brad is the Best!!! We love him, and so does Bridger.

I have never seen our bichon frise, Molly, so relaxed and happy upon our return to Nantucket which is a place that is difficult to find dog sitters. Kathryn is such a warm and loving dog sitter and Molly was in love within hours. Kathryn had quite a task here as Molly is a 12 year old rescue with Cushing’s disease and bladder problems. She is on special medication that had to be carefully calibrated and administered.Also, Molly wears diapers for her bladder condition and Kathryn was a great caretaker in this regard. Every morning or evening we would received an update on Molly plus a great photo(which is wonderful when you miss your dog so much). Beyond all that I noted above, Kathryn had our home in Nantucket in tip top shape upon our return. All refuse and bottles were placed in the proper receptacles. She ran the dishwasher and made up the bed with fresh sheets—and towels in the en suite bath. Kathryn put in some music for Molly before she left and did so about 10 minutes before we were due to arrive home(after close contact with us after we landed). In sum, in my 40 years of being a bichon mother, I have never encountered such loving and knowledgeable care, especially given Molly’s physical issues. We would highly recommend Kathryn for your pet sitting and would retain her again whenever we are off island. She is a joy!
