Dog Boarding in Newburyport

Lovely, trustworthy, people who had the patience for our spoiled Maltese and we look forward to being regulars of theirs. Having never boarded our dog with anyone or anywhere, we were nervous and stressed. But Donna and Roland are our new doggie saviors and our little girl seemed right at home with them.

Very nice, very friendly. Our dog Daisy warmed up to him and his wife within minutes. They become her new favorite snuggle and nap buddies. Very close to highway and beaches. This made it very easy to enjoy vacation and not worry about our dog

We went on vacation and left our puppy Eggo for the first time. John and Donna made sure Eggo was well taken care and immediately put our minds at ease. They were very friendly and approachable, they treated Eggo like he was their own baby! They also made sure to keep us updated everyday with a phone call/text messages and photos. We were extremely fortunate to have Felicia look after our dog Jaybird. We needed someone last minute and Felicia was flexible and accommodating. We hope to use her again soon!

We left our dog with Christina and her family while on vacation in the area. She was wonderful - communicative, easy to coordinate with, sent plenty of pics, and our pup seemed to have a superb time. She has a fantastic back yard for the dogs to play, there aren’t too many but a few to romp around, and she had a sprinkler to keep them cool. Our dog came back healthy, happy, and tired! I’d recommend Christina to anyone!

Rose is a real professional. My two dogs took to her immediately. She stayed in constant contact with my wife and me with photos and videos. She also asked questions about some of the dogs' indiosyncracies which was really helpful for her perpetual care. Highly recommend Rose.

This was our dog's first time being boarded and our first time with Kathy. Kathy sent a couple of videos on the first day to ease our minds and let us know that Henry was doing well. When we picked him up he was happy and excited to see us. Henry had a good experience with Kathy!

Julie and her family were so great with my dog. They went above and beyond to make his stay special, and even stocked up on some of his favorite treats! I got photos and updates of both adventures and down time throughout his stay, and when we picked him up he was so calm and happy. We are beyond thrilled with his experience and will definitely be booking with Julie again!

Our first Rover experience could not have gone any smoother! Sylwia and Doug opened up their home with open arms and Dewey never missed a beat. Their pup River is just as gracious a host and, to be honest, I think Dewey is a little sad his vacation is over, too! He is only 10 months old and a rescue so I was worried he would be confused with the change of scenery but every daily update showed him enjoying and making himself right at home! We will definitely be using them again!

Denise was extremely flexible as we had a last minute change in the pick-up! And she doted on our 2 chihuahuas! We will be using her again to take care of our boys!

Bob took great care of our senior Jack Russell, Bella, during her first stay with him. She felt very loved and right at home. Will definitely rebook!

Linda is wonderful! She took excellent care of our 12 year old dachshund min pin mix while we were away for the week. She treated him as if he was her own and even let him sleep in the bed with her like he is used to doing. We are so thankful we found her. Our dog is older and doesn’t like to play with other dogs in a kennel setting. Being the only dog with Linda for the week was the best experience. He stayed with Linda last summer for a long weekend and when we brought him to her house to watch him again in April, he was wagging his tail when we arrived and made himself at home. It is so nice to be able to leave him in her care and not have to worry about him while we are away. She even got him a new toy!

Another great stay for our pup with Lindsay and her family. Honestly, we were a little worried our dog would be bummed out when we came to pick him up. It's like dog camp. Linday's dog Tilly is as welcoming a host as Lindsay.

We left our 3yr old Lab with Kristen for our trip to Denver. Their dog Archie and Brewster were fast friends and enjoyed many hikes and park outings together while we were away. If you have a Lab you know they are very energetic and need activity, Kristen was up to the challenge. We got many pictures of Brewster being loved and Kristen was extremely flexible and accommodating with our trip changes. Kristen and Bobby are wonderful caring sitters that we would not hesitate to use again and again.

Absolutely wonderful care of my dog. He gave me some updates and photos which made me know my dog is being well taken care of. We will be back.

Ariane was so kind to our dog, Arlo. Her dog certainly entertained my own dog too which was great! Grateful for Ariane taking my dog last minute after our original sitter cancelled. Will go back to her!

Daniela did a wonderful job boarding our dog, Tanner. He was clearly very comfortable with her and her entire family, and we got lots of great photos of Tanner exploring the large fenced in yard and interacting with Daniela's kids. We will definitely use Daniela for future boarding needs!

Julia was wonderful, giving care to our anxious rescue dog Ellie who is 7. Julia worked with her to adjust to her surroundings while we were away, and sent updates which I loved. She is wonderful. Thank you so much for taking care of Ellie so well!

Aria had a great time at Shelby's. Shelby has a beautiful large fenced in yard and Aria enjoyed hanging outside and playing with the other dogs. We felt comfortable leaving Aria in her care and will definitely bring Aria back there again. Shelby is wonderful and you can tell she loves caring for the dogs.
