Pet Sitting & Drop Ins in North Billerica

As usual, my cats and I had the best experience with Eric during my trip away. He was diligent with updating me on when he administered insulin and gave very detailed reports on every visit. They were happy and healthy upon my return and everything was clean and in its proper place. The boys can’t wait until the next time they get to see Eric!!

Kate was friendly and even managed to find our scaredy cats in their hidey-holes so she could send pictures. She was also very patient and helpful when there was an issue accessing the apartment (my fault).

Alyssa was amazing. She took care of our Nova in the morning and evenings for 6 days. She sent very detailed updates and wonderful pictures. She kept us informed. We would definitely rebook her and recommend her! She definitely shows her love for animals.

Guillermo was great with our dog, Totoro! We got lots of updates, photos and videos and Totoro loved walking with him! Will definitely work with Guillermo again in the future!

Amy has cared for our four cats for two of our family vacations. I can tell the cats like her because they come out of their hiding spots when she visits- she sends cute photos of what they are doing. And she is comfortable with giving pet medication. I highly recommend Amy.

Tom was excellent once again and follows the instructions to a tee. It is always preferable to work with someone who you know cares about your pet’s wellbeing and Tom is exactly that. I want to express my deepest appreciation to Nathan for the exceptional care he gave my beloved cat, Bacco, while I was traveling internationally. Being so far from home, it’s always hard to leave your pet behind, but Nathan gave me complete peace of mind knowing Bacco was in the best hands. Nathan visited twice a day and went above and beyond every single time. He didn’t just feed Bacco and make sure his water was fresh—he spent time loving on him, playing with him, and making sure he felt happy and safe while I was away. He even cleaned the litter box thoroughly each day, vacuumed up around his area, and even cleaned up when Bacco vomited. That level of care and attentiveness shows just how much Nathan truly cares—he treated Bacco as if he were his own cat. Nathan’s thoughtful updates and attention to detail made such a difference for me while I was so far away. I could tell that Bacco was comfortable and content under his care, and that’s all any pet owner could hope for. I am so grateful to have found someone as dependable, kind, and compassionate as Nathan. Whenever I travel—especially on long trips—Nathan will always be my best choice to look after Bacco, if he’s available. Thank you, Nathan, for caring for Bacco with such genuine love and responsibility. You really gave me peace of mind and made me feel like Bacco was in a home away from home.

This was our first time having Holly for a drop-in visit. She was punctual and spent 30 min walking and tending to our pup. She has been a great communicator since we first reached out to her right through to providing pictures and info about her visit. We look forward to working with Holly again.

Alyssa is wonderful and always goes above and beyond for our pets. We have quite a few animals, including small pets like guinea pigs and mice, and she always makes sure to send photos and updates for each one. Our large dog is very nervous and doesn’t easily trust strangers, but Alyssa is always so kind a patient with him. Alyssa somehow manages to care for our many animals with various special needs and still leave our house cleaner than when we left!

Kiley went above and beyond again for us. We will continue to use her to check on our cat, because she is a great communicator, understanding and accommodating.

Glens has watched our cats a few times now. And she continues to be a great communicator who takes great care of our loves while we are away.

Jamie did a wonderful job with Ava! She did everything we asked, and took so many pictures to give us piece of mind while we were away.

Being my first time on the Rover app, obviously you can get a bit nervous when finding someone to watch your fur children. Meeting Caroline for the first time and seeing the care she had for my pets, put my nerves to ease incredibly quickly. She was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and clearly has a way with pets. I will be forever grateful and know who I will be calling if I ever need someone to watch my babies again. Thank you so much, Caroline!
