Dog Boarding in Rochester

Melissa and Pete were fabulous and made Phoenix a welcome part of their family over the holidays! He had a great time!

Mike and Kelly are a godsend!! We were so nervous about going on vacation and leaving our babies but from the first day, we knew the boys were going to be safe and cared for, just as if we were home. They sent updates and pictures everyday and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pups. We can’t say enough about our experience and will be booking with Mike again for this summer! So glad we found you guys!

Renee kept us updated throughout the stay and was very understanding when Elly was adjusting to the new environment. We could tell she was cozy once she was all settled in. Renee was also very accomodating with the last minute booking for Christmas. She was a lifesaver!

Very communicative and personable to deal with human to human. Was great with our dog Lenny also who is a bit of a shy guy. First time using the site but he put our minds at ease quickly. Would recommend him to anyone and am happy we found somebody we can use again. Thanks Austin.

Seonmin was wonderful with Totto! She offered to host a meet and greet before the boarding and it helped Totto get familiar with her and her home. She and her husband treated Totto like their own and took really good care oh him while we were away. He came back a a happy pup! We will definitely be back soon :)

Lourdes did a fantastic job taking care of our baby boy. He got lots of outside time and exercise and got a long great with her dogs. I would recommend Lourdes services to any of my family and friends!

Gus had a great time with Deb's pack and additional guest during his 2 night stay. The humans reported he was well behaved and sent lots of pictures showing him enjoying the huge yard and getting loved on by Deb. He's looking forward to an 8 day stay in April!

Rebekah and her family were fantastic - quite communicative and gave our fur-baby fantastic care. In fact, as we were leaving, she started whining like she wanted to stay even longer! Thank you Rebekah! Highly recommended.

I feel very fortunate to have found Quinn. She and her two pups provided such loving care for our pet. He was safe, happy, loved, and entertained. It gave us our first vacation in the 3 years we’ve had our dog because we found someone we could trust. Thank you again Quinn.

Marcia and her family were so warm and welcoming. Our dog Sadie is very low maintenance and she settled right in at Marcia's house. We really appreciated the period updates with pictures. We'll definitely book with Marcia again!

Jessica was an awesome sitter for my dog! I was a bit apprehensive to use Rover as typically my family will watch her if I go away but I was instantly comfortable with Jessica at our initial meet and greet. She welcomed me and my children into her home to put us at ease. While away, she sent updates, pics and videos! My dog was so comfortable she even let Jessica trim her nails after breaking one and as a Tripod, she doesn’t easily allow for nail trims! Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how Zoey was cared for. Jessica is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely use her again.

We had Luis watch our dog Marley for 3days First time she’s been with someone other than family. He let me know how she was doing all 3days through texts and pictures. He was great with her took her few days to get use being there but was taken care of just like family would have!!! Highly recommend

Jen and her family took wonderful care of our dog Sadie while we were on vacation for a week. Sadie found her home away from home and we will definitely book with her again! So grateful we found Jen!!

Savanna was excellent with our two fur babies!! She sent us pictures and updates, asked appropriate questions about their behaviors and treated them like her own! Very caring!

I can’t recommend Nathalia enough! She was absolutely wonderful with my dog. From the very beginning, she was very communicative sending regular updates, photos, and checking in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. I also really appreciated that she even took my dog on a trail walk, which my dog absolutely loved! I will definitely be booking Nathalia again in the future!

Nadya was amazing! I know my Lab Basil was well taken care of and introduced to other dogs and cats and kids and he did great. I highly recommend her! 5 stars all-around. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Kevin did a wonderful job with Ollie, who had never been boarded before. He responded very promptly to messages and sent videos and photo updates of Ollie having lots of fun. Kevin was great, we will definitely be using his services again for Ollie! Thanks so much Kevin!
