Matthew was great with our fur babies .. first time ever using rover, so he came to the house beforehand sitting for us to met us and hank and Mochi… hank slipped and fell whilst we were away and we got prompt messages with pictures and chatted with Matthew who made sure he answered all our questions and that hank was ok before leaving him .. highly recommend !

Alicia took wonderful care of my senior kitty! She paid attention to what Misti likes and doesn't like, and didn't push her when she'd had enough. Alicia came when she said she would, stayed the full time or even a little more, was kind enough to bring in the mail and newspapers, was excellent at communicating with me, and is just a genuinely nice person with an evident love of animals and wildlife.

Alyssa was amazing!! She took care of my two bunnies and 1yo cat with so much love and care while I was out of town for 10 days. She had never taken care of bunnies before and sent photos of herself and her boyfriend holding them!! They almost never let me pick them up. She sent photo updates through the Rover app every day and was very responsive every time I reached out to her. Clearly very caring and responsible. She is definitely our new sitter!
