Dog Boarding in South Egremont

Our dog Max had a great time with Peter and Monique. They were kind and took him for walks and offered plenty of lap time to keep him happy while we were gone.

Nicole is the BEST. Nicole (and her wonderful family!) are extraordinarily attentive and loving to any pup they have in their home. We were in the area for our wedding and we were so nervous to leave our Penelope with anyone new, but those nerves melted away the first message we got from Nicole. She is warm, accommodating, and so clearly loves dogs deeply. Knowing Penelope was being snuggled and loved on made our wedding weekend that much better. Nicole sent frequent updates and photos, which we loved, and Penelope was a waggy, sleepy pup when we picked her up. Nicole also went out of her way to drive Penelope to our venue for photos and our ceremony, which truly made the whole day feel complete. Any time we’re up in Hudson Valley and need a sitter, Nicole will be our only pick. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so spectacular!

What an absolutely wonderful experience, I felt very confident leaving my babies here and they came back happy and tired! They sent lots of pictures and were very sensitive to my worries (first time not having my dogs with me I am a very nervous mommy!), Miyuki and Thor got lots of walks and it was apparent they had an amazing time!

John and his wife did an amazing job taking care of my two Bostons for a week. They are great at providing daily updates and pictures. Their follow ups and communication made us relax and enjoy our time off. I highly recommend them and they have earned my repeat business. I will not go anywhere else. I trust my boys are in good hands. Awesome job!!

Franny is a very thoughtful and caring sitter. I trust not only that my 13 year old Maltese will be well cared but also that she will have a great time. Will always check with Franny first when needing a sitter.

Brooke is great! She took terrific care of our Boston Terrier puppy... which was not an easy feat! Kept us informed during the week of how she was doing with many funny pictures. Very accommodating with pick up and drop off times and extremely responsive with texts. Would highly recommend her. Thank you Brooke and family!

I had never used Rover before and had seen some people recommending it for dog sitting services. I was looking for a more personal service since our dog did not do so well with some of the larger facilities, so I figured I would give it a try. After putting in my criteria, Lynette was one of the search results that came up so I reached out to her. She was very responsive and wanted to meet our dog Cassidy prior to dog sitting to make sure it was a good match for our dog as well as her and her dog. I thought this was great as another person (not on Rover) that others had recommended had not wanted to see my dog at all before she boarded with them, which did not sit right with me. When I dropped Cassidy off, she was very comfortable staying with Lynette and I felt at ease when we left her there. Throughout the stay Lynette would provide me daily updates and sent me pictures, which was really appreciated. Me and my family looked forward to seeing them. I would definitely use Lynette again and I am sure Cassidy would like to visit again too.

Magnolia got our pug puppy in with a days notice and took care of her for a week! Honey Bunz had SO MUCH fun I don't think she wanted to leave! Magnolia sent us photos and videos everyday! Amazing experience and will be booking with her again for sure!

Deanne was great! She obviously loves animals and provided wonderful care for our dog. She sent me photos daily and a video, which was so considerate. She clearly understands how hard it can be to leave your pet for an extended time. I felt very confident that our boy was well taken care of. Thanks, Deanne!

Tetiana and her mom took great care of our dog and obviously got a lot of joy from hanging out with her. Thanks for the great communication and flexibility with very early drop off and late pickup times.

Aura and Nick were so lovely to Mango the last time I visited the Berkshires that I sought her out specifically to dogsit again this time. They welcomed him with special treats purchased just for him, and warm cuddles. He found the treats right away and made himself at home. They also have a fenced in yard for him to play in and gave me updates throughout the trip and a written update of his time with them. I could tell by how happy and well adjusted he was at pick up that he had an amazing visit with them. Five stars.

Fred really enjoyed his stay with Cindy & Lila. He gets so excited when we drive up to her house & runs right up the front door. Cindy is very good about sending photos/videos updates & sharing stories at pickup. Cindy is wonderful & makes Fred feel like part of the family. We feel very lucky to have found her.

Yenifer took wonderful care of our tiny 14-year-old miniature pinscher, Bobo. From the moment we handed Bobo’s food, bowls, treats, bed & blanket — and Bobo! — to Yenifer… our pup was relaxed & comfortable, & I knew she was in good hands. Yenifer is an exceptionally calm, kind and gentle person (as is her husband Andreas). It’s clear they both really love dogs…. I was impressed in the way they worked together (as a team) to make sure our dog was at ease & happy, & that someone was always there with our sweet girl. With Yenifer & Andreas, I know Bobo was fed, walked, well-cared-for & happy! We would not hesitate to recommend Yenifer & her husband to friends & family!

Candice is the dog sitter I've been looking for! My dog is not your rough house, high energy kind of dog. She likes people around, is shy of other dogs, and isn't sure what children are. Candice and her kids handled her with real sensitivity and care. Candice was responsive, accommodating, and very positive. Highly recommended.

Jess is a great pet sitter! She took in my pups with short notice, and took great care of them. She kept me updated and posted super cute photos and videos throughout the day on instagram. I would highly recommend her service!

Mary Ann took great care of Rocky! We are so appreciative of Mary Ann watching Rocky in her home for the weekend, especially on short notice. Excellent communication throughout.
