Jill was great! She was prompt and professional, and she handled our dog Sirius's initial anxious reaction to her very calmly and smoothly. She was also willing to go that extra mile to give medicine to our 21-year-old kitty and give Sirius some extra attention--they ended up being good friends! We would love to have her back next time we are out of town.

Briana was wonderful with my Petite Kat, from first meeting to the end of our first weekend set of drop-in visits. Though typically shy, Petite came and sat between us as we completed our last 'meet and greet' questions. I think she was immediately more receptive to a new person because Bri has a clear but also soft and gentle voice. While I was away, there were pettings, playing, and meals on time, along with photos of every visit in every report. When I got home, Petite was recently brushed, glad but not desperate to see me, with fresh water and a home just as I left it.

She did a great job with our 2 cats while we were away for 5 days. She provided a written and photo update daily, followed our instructions to a tee, and made us feel at ease about them being home alone. It was a much better experience for us and our cats than in the past when we boarded them.

Kate was great! She watched our two dogs and three cats over a long weekend and did a super job. She gave us daily updates and included photos of each pet. She really caught each of their unique personalities with the reports and photos. For example, she gave Gotti the exercise and attention he needed but gave our wary Milo the space he needed until he warmed up to a new visitor. Kate will be our first pick for our next time away from home!

I initially met Josephine as I asked her to stand in for another Rover who had to go on a last minute work trip. I ended up liking Josephine even more! My kitties really took to her, even my little shy one. Josephine is prompt, communicative, and goes above and beyond. She even stayed extra to help me with a security system which had low battery and was beeping constantly and stressing out my cats while I was away. It's clear she enjoys what she does and has a real passion for it. I'm glad to have found her!

Emma is very sweet and attentive to our 5 month old puppy. We used her for almost a month now. I would highly recommend Emma.

Jiaming was an excellent care taker for Nala while we were away for a quick trip. She gave her lots of snuggles and handled all the unique details our baby girl has become accustomed to!

Ashlyn is amazing! She was great with our dogs and our home. We are grateful to have found her through Rover! Very trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly so caring.

I had to leave my very very anxious pup for the first time in two years. She's sized to spending all her time with me, and I was so worried about her. Alayna was so sweet to her, gentle, and was able to take her to explore and give her lots of love. Big thumbs up for nervous dogs!!!

Lacey was great! She sent us wonderful updates and photos so we could feel safe with him so well taken care of. Would love to work with again!
