Jill took amazing care of my two furbabies and ensured I was updated (with photos!) every day while I was traveling overseas. She worked through the holidays to ensure they got the absolute best care possible and even went above and beyond to continue to care for them when we had a flight cancellation. I have had several pet centers over the years and Jill is one of the absolute best at what she does. Jill also clearly has something special about her because both my little ones are very shy and yet they warmed up to Jill almost immediately. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful!

Lacey and my cat got along really well. I was a bit nervous because it’s my first time using this service but she did a great job and I’m well pleased. Thank you again. I will be sure to book her again in the future.

Jessica was so sweet and so good with my dogs! I have one dog who is very afraid of strangers and she was so patient with him that he opened up to her very quickly!

Maegan was incredibly patient with our high energy puppies. She was very punctual and sent lots of photos.

Meaghan is so sweet and patient with our 1 year old puppy! He can be skiddish with new people but took to her quickly and loved playing with her during her drop-in visits. She has been reliable and responsive and puts my mind at ease that she’s taking good care of him.

Kate did a great job watching our two cats! She was very responsive during our time away and sent us amazing pictures of the cats during her visits. Will definitely use her again.

I had to leave my very very anxious pup for the first time in two years. She's sized to spending all her time with me, and I was so worried about her. Alayna was so sweet to her, gentle, and was able to take her to explore and give her lots of love. Big thumbs up for nervous dogs!!!

Nicole was absolutely amazing! My elderly cat can be antisocial and standofish but she really took a liking to Nicole. She was on time, communicative, sent me pics and updates and was even able to administer my cats medication with no problem. I enjoyed her services very much and will definitely use her in the future!
