House Sitting in Swansea

Sam is an animal lover who is experienced, responsible, and a joy to work with. We, including our cats, could not be happier. She coordinates on the schedule / instructions well. She listens well and asked good clarifying questions. When we were away, she kept us regularly updated, including with photos. Our shy orange cat runs away from visitors. When they met for the first time, Sam approached our shy guy as an experienced animal lover, he let her approach him. And even let her pet him. Our cats were happily sleeping when we came back from vacation. Their coats were so soft/clean & they acted like we had not been away. Certainly they were well cared for. Also, our house was as clean as we had left it. Sam kept the kitchen especially clean – with all the cat bowls & spoons cleaned. Her bedroom, bathroom, living space, and the cat's litter area were also very clean.

Kim was a great pet sitter. It was so nice to know our dogs + cat were comfortable and taken care of. She sent daily updates and was so considerate of our home. Would absolutely recommend her to everyone!

Liza did a wonderful job with my two labs while I was overseas. She also went above and beyond when my cell phone didn't work as it should have in a foreign country. She was the only person here in the states that I could get a message to and I asked her to call my family just to let them know I was okay. She did so without hesitation. Turns out, Liza was my only connection back home for the entire week! Not only did she take excellent care of my two kids but she helped me through a potentially very stressful situation. I can't thank her enough. I would not hesitate to have her come to my home again. Excellent pet-sitter, awesome person.

Evan was great with our skittish rescue! He visited twice prior to our week-long trip so our dog could get familiar with him. Evan was prompt, respectful of our space, and responsive to all communication while we were away. He left our home spotless and our dog happy. We would definitely hire him again.

We hired isabel to stay in our home with our two elderly pups and she took amazing care of them. She was communicative and shared lots of photos. She was very respectful of our home and left it very clean.

Cassandra was beyond incredible. I have really only had family care for my dog but was in a pinch and reached out. Cassandra was so kind, understanding and patient with all my questions. My dog Millie, who is very timid, warmed up to her so quickly and they had the best girls night. I was able to disconnect and be present where I was needed knowing that Millie was so loved and cared for. I will 100% be rebooking soon!

It takes a special person to take such good care of a sweet senior who needs a little extra love and care, and Cassidy provided that for my Leon.

Kim took fantastic care of our 2 year old rescue cat Bob when we were away for 3 days. He is an extremely shy boy who only likes hanging out with his two closest people, but Kim won his trust from the very first time she met him. Kim stayed with Bob throughout the day at our house, providing him with quiet companionship, plenty of playtime and treats, carefully provided meals, and kept his surroundings spic and span. Kim is also an excellent house guest - very accommodating of our requests and rules, and left our home exactly as it was when we left for our break. Kim also communicated very well with us leading up to the stay, and during the stay she provided us with plenty of pictures, detailed updates, and check ins and at the beginning and end of the reservation. We highly recommend Kim to cat parents out there, and Bob can’t wait to hang out with her again! Thank you Kim!

Ryan is such a great guy & pet sitter! Frequent updates, pictures, and texts. He was a lifesaver & allowed me to get away with peace of mind. Came early for an orientation. Very gentle with the babies! Ill use him again!

Duncan did a great job taking care of a couple high maintenance pets for 8 days while we vacationed! I heard something from him every day and he really worked hard to make a connection with my little diva dog. Definitely will use him again!
