Dog Boarding in Waban

Pamela and Yocheved are a lovely family. They have a sweet 10-year old lab. They have a nice backyard that is mostly enclosed. Their house is clean and dog-friendly. Pamela is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. Leaving your dog with Pamela and Yocheved is like leaving your dog with a neighbor whom you know and trust.

Lee, George and family did a great job watching Biscuit. They sent daily pictures and let us know how Biscuit was doing every day. Biscuit seemed happy and settled in great. We will definitely look to board Biscuit with Lee and her family again.

I cannot express enough how incredible Tomoe was for caring for our Baxter. This was the first time ever using Rover, and I was hesitant and anxious because we have always left him with family or friends, but now, Tomoe is a friend. I must have sent Tomoe a novel list of things to know about Baxter, and she always responded to everything thoughtfully and with so much respect. I also probably over packed him with all of his stuff, but Tomoe encouraged bringing his own things to make him feel more at home. She is such a knowledgeable person when it comes to taking care of dogs, and her prior experience as a trainer shows it. Tomoe sent me the most wonderful updates via photos and videos to make sure I was at ease and knew how much fun Baxter was having! I genuinely feel like she (and her family) cared for him like her own and I cannot recommend her enough. I will be booking her every time I need someone to care for Baxter when we are out of town. Thank you Tomoe!!

Jennifer is wonderful! So happy to have her take care of our dog, she updated us everyday many times with details and photos. We could tell that our dog was well loved during her stay. Thank you Jennifer!

Jamie took a good care of Shadow for a week. Shadow had a serious heart disease and was on 4 different medications. I was afraid that due to his condition it would be hard to find a sitter. Jamie had no problem in accepting boarding him, and even based on her experience from taking care of her own dog to adjust the schedule of giving him medicines to reduce his cough. She also didn't mind the disturbance from Shadow getting up during the night to pee. Shadow felt comfortable in her house, slept with her and her son. I am so sad to say that Shadow passed away suddenly a few days ago. Thank you so much Jamie for giving Shadow a warm loving home in his last days of life.

My dog is a small sized dog so I like Whitney’s policy of small and medium sized dogs only. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for dog walk. The fenced yard is a big plus. Whitney is a dog lover and provided updates frequently during Dash’s stay. Dash is more playful and active than a week before. I guess he had a fun time playing with his friends!

Holly did a great job taking care of our dog, was extremely responsive before and during our dog’s stay and was very easy to work with. She clearly loves dogs and her dog River was very friendly to our dog. We would totally use her services again when needed!

Rebecca and her family were great with our dog Joey! They were very attentive to his needs and his daily routine. They also kept in contact with us during his stay, sending pictures regularly. Rebecca was responsive and communicative, answering any questions we had. I could tell that Joey was very well cared for and loved by all in the household! I recommend Rebecca and her family highly!

Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful! Great communicator, was available on short notice, sent updates and photos without prompting and my pup gravitated towards her immediately! I would definitely recommend Kaitlyn’s services as I will be using her again in the future as I could tell my dog was happy and safe while under her care!

Claudine is simply awesome. Super great with communication and pictures and totally put me at ease as a (somewhat) neurotic dog parent. Wesley spent a weekend with Claudine, “Bear” and her family and it was like a giant play date.

Alyson was so wonderful! She took such good care of our baby boy while we were away for the week - always playing with him and sending us photo and video updates. She's very reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend her if you need someone to board your cat!

This was our third stay, and once again, Barbara took wonderful care of Maru. Since Maru is sensitive and selective, we’re always cautious about where we leave him, but he does so well here and always looks happy and relaxed in the updates. It’s also great that he gets to meet and play with other dogs. We really appreciate the thoughtful care and consistent communication. Highly recommend!

Yick-hong recently cared for our dog, Maggie, while we were away for a week. We were very pleased with the care she received. Yick-hong was very communicative throughout the stay, sending a lot updates and photos of the Maggie. We would absolutely recommend Yick-hong and definitely will be back again.

We were so happy to meet Robert and Jenn and their family. Our dog Tucker had a wonderful visit with them and seemed to fit right in. We could tell how loving Robert and Jenn were and we had no reservations about leaving our dog with them. We definitely will use their services again.

Betsy was wonderful! She was super easy to communicate with and sent a lot of photos so we knew Sese was having a great time. She was very proactive in letting us know when she found a small bump on her, too. Knowing our dog was in such good hands made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Jess and her family are just so awesome. We can tell they love watching our pup and it makes us feel so comfortable with leaving him with them. We receive consistent pictures and updates, she is always flexible and communicative, and he comes home happy (and tired!) each time. Thank you so much Jess!

Sunisa and her husband have always treated my dog with love and care! They’ve taken him out to explore fun places around Boston and treated me to beautiful photos of him along with clear communication every step of the way! One time, I even had a travel emergency and they were so supportive and willing to make sure Chowder was cared for. Simply amazing!!! The best description of the environment and love our girl received over our weekend away. Kira and family kept us updated with texts and pictures which was great. We will be leaving her with this awesome family again in the near future. If your looking for a local dog sitter look no further they are the best!
