Nina was great! This was my first time using Rover (or any pet sitter). Nina was responsive, caring and professional. My senior kitty was definitely in good hands. Upon my return, I could tell my cat received lots of lovings while I was away! Nina took care to “clean up” after each visit. Professional and sweet as always! I’ve booked with Lauren multiple times to take care of my cat, and every time has been great. She’s responsible, kind, and always makes sure Nico is happy and cared for. She spends time with him, plays with him, and sends photo updates that help me feel relaxed while I’m away. My apartment is always clean when I return, and my cat looks calm and content. Communication is smooth, and the key exchange is easy. I really appreciate her help, especially during holidays. I highly recommend Lauren and will keep booking with her in the future if possible!!
