Seiko was great! She was very responsive and punctual. During our trip away Seiko sent us long, detailed notes about Tofu (our cat) and many, many photos so we had a clear idea of how much she was eating, drinking, playing, pooping etc. We get very nervous about leaving Tofu even for one night, but with Seiko we felt completely at ease so we could enjoy our trip! I would recommend her services to anyone in the area.

Julia did a fantastic job taking care of my shy kitty! She was very diligent in giving me updates with each visit, and she was super responsive as we worked out some details on the fly, like where to leave the key I lent her. I would happily have Julia pet sit again!

Highly Recommend! Kathleen is fantastic—caring, reliable, and attentive. My cat was happy and well cared for, and the updates gave me peace of mind. It’s clear that Kathleen truly loves animals and treats them like her own.

Linda did a good job trying to follow my unique instructions while I was traveling (e.g. dealing with pine pellet cat litter, adding water to wet food to make it soupy). But I got the sense she's more of a dog person than a cat person. I paid a higher rate in attempt to get *deep* cat expertise, someone who currently owns cats in their own home and could give medication to a reluctant cat, I don't think Linda has cats now or would be comfortable doing this.

Chloe did a great job watching our cat over a long weekend! She stayed on top of cleaning and feedings and made sure we were in the loop with notes and pictures every day. Thanks Chloe!

Carol was fantastic. My dogs loved her. They seemed well cared for while we were away. Put my mind at ease given this was my first time having to use Rover. Loved the pictures she sent us. Highly recommend and would use the service again. Thank you.
