Dog Boarding in West Springfield

Heather and Norman provided a wonderful home for Goose while we were away for 2 weeks. They are a dog-loving home which was great for my dog, who needs lots of attention from humans and dogs alike. She was treated like one of their own. Definitely recommend!

She was amazing with her communication and sending us daily photo updates of my little buddy. More importantly, Apollo had an amazing time! I definitely recommend her!!

My experience with Glorymar was so awesome! It was my first time ever leaving my dog with anyone and they treated him and I so well! and showing my dog so much love❤️! They kept me posted and sent me pictures of my dog while I was away ever day!! I will feel comfortable and happy leaving my dog with her again !

Raylee had a great time! She came home tired and happy. We received lots of updates and pictures of our girl during her stay. We highly recommend Allison!!

Aishea was just amazing! She kept us in the loop and sent us pictures of our boy often. I can’t thank her enough for how comfortable she made Redd and for all the love he received from her and her family. It is obvious that she truly cares and genuinely loves the pups that she boards. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more comfortable leaving my dog with someone. She offered to do a meet and greet with me so she could meet Cody. She also welcomed me into her home, it was so nice to chat with her. What a great house for a dog. She has a huge fenced in yard. My dog is a senior dog (14) who takes 2 medications 2x a day. She was comfortable giving medication and making sure he took it. She let me know how he settled and sent me daily updates with pictures. Sandra watched Cody for me over Thanksgiving which I’m extremely grateful for. I had only contacted her two weeks prior and she was able to accommodate me. When I picked up Cody he didn’t even want to leave. I HIGHLY recommend Sandra.

First time ever leaving our Toby . And let me tell you! I did not have to worry one bit . If you are considering using the Rover App be well assured if you choose Nikki & Britney S . You will not have to worry one bit! Communication was key to me. I was giving updates and pictures when requested. So, if you’re planning a vacation and want your baby in good hand. These are your girls!Thank you for taking good care of Toby ! We will be back to see you for sure !

Alyssa was fantastic!! She was my first experience with Rover and I (and my dog) couldn’t be happier. She was friendly and reassuring, sending me multiple pictures of my dog throughout her stay. My dog came home happy and tired from a great weekend. I absolutely recommend her without hesitation!

Steve was great. Our dogs Josie and Lou were there for an overnight and definitely enjoyed their stay. They were able to run and play so much that they slept for the whole next day. Would absolutely book Steve again!

Chris is such a great dogsitter. We could not be more satisfied for leaving our doggy with her. She did everything the best. We will definitly ask for her service in the future again.

Lindsey was fantastic! I had a horrible experience with another Rover caregiver so Lindsey made sure I came over to visit beforehand and she put my mind at ease. She also accommodated us after my holiday flight was canceled. She sent pictures and updates daily! Gracey came home very happy! I will definitely book again.

Ana did a great job with our dogs. They can be very timid but took to her right away. Ana kept us updated with pictures throughout their stay and they looked comfortable and happy. We appreciate how sweet she was with them. They will definitely stay with Ana the next time we are out of town.

Yvette was wonderful with my girls. She informed me on how they were doing also sending pictures. This was my girls first time staying away with a sitter and they had a great time!

Mabel is a nervous but sweet pup, and needed a kind and safe place to hang out for a few days. Jenelly and her partner were a great match for Mabel and adjusted easily to her particular ways! They were nice enough to briefly meet us a few weeks ahead of time to make sure Mabel would be ok with them and they were lovely from the first moment. During her stay, they made sure she got her food, meds, snuggles, some play, and little moments to hide away. They learned her dog language so quickly and we're grateful Jenelly opened her home to our pup.

Liane was amazing with Harry. She is attentive, quick to respond, and extremely nice. Harry had lots of doggy friends to play with over the long weekend. He came home exhausted.

Kim was so awesome! Our dog Wiley was so happy staying at her home. She was quick to respond, super helpful and sent lovely pictures of our dog on nice walks with other dog friends. We will absolutely work with her again! I’d highly recommend her!!
