Joseiris was amazing and flexible with us! She came out in the freezing cold to care for our boy. She sent lots of pictures and gave him lots of love.

Caroline was amazing! We've never used Rover before, but none of our usual sitters were available. We were hesitant with Rover because we have never had someone we don't know watch our babies. Because of this, I wrote long and detailed instructions, wanting to make sure everything was communicated, knowing that it was a lot to take in. Caroline stepped in and absolutely shined. She followed every instruction, and updated us on every part of her visits. I genuinely felt like my boys were in good hands the whole time! Will be reaching out to her again next time we need a sitter!

Audrey has watched our two kitties for two trips now, and she has done a fantastic job both times. They took to her immediately. She is prompt, communicative, and warm, and we love and look forward to her photo updates; they us feel a little closer to our boys when we’re away. Highly recommend!

Amy was absolutely wonderful, she was friendly and caring and we could tell our cat enjoyed her company! She was extremely tidy and clean and she was great at communicating with us. Ace is a lifesaver! I needed help on a short notice due to a medical issue and they were able to come and take care of my two dogs right when I needed help. They are so sweet and patient with the dogs, especially our nervous little terrier, and it was such a relief knowing that the dogs would be taken care of while I was away. They have helped us several times and I highly recommend them!
