Cheryl has been terrific - so communicative and friendly! We love getting updates from her whenever she visits and our little fluff ball loves playing with her in the middle of the day. She’s the best!

Dave was great with Charley and Scout. My cats can be shy of strangers, especially Scout. Dave made the effort of tracking her down each day so he could send me a photo of her. He didn't get in her space or force interaction – he just figured out where she was, got the quick pic, and left her to do her thing. It was reassuring to me just to see that picture of her, even if she stayed tucked away during his visit! While not the most exciting visits for Dave as he tried to coax out my shy kitties, I very much appreciated his daily check-ins on the cats and with me.

Lauren did an incredible job of caring for our cat during an extended vacation. She took her time to get to know our cat and befriend her eccentricities-and made sure she kept the routines. We returned home to a happy kitty who for once was not filled with rage at our absence. Lauren also sent us many photos, videos, and fun little reports. ^^

Kayla was amazing! She spent great quality time with both of our cats, which is impressive because we keep in separate parts of the house. Our more shy cat even showed Kayla her tummy during her first visit - a true accomplishment! She took lots of pictures too, which we really appreciated. We felt so good knowing our babies were in good hands & will definitely be booking her again!

Erin was awesome!! She was great with communication and left my house clean after my puppy had an accident. I appreciated her flexibility too booking with me the day before I needed. Highly recommend her!

Was great with my pups. One pup was super scared and didn’t want to have anything to do with him which I wasn’t sure how she’d do. (She has bad anxiety) but was great and understanding of their needs/requirements.

I came home to pretty happy cats (except for the inevitable shunning because I left in the first place), and that's always what I'm hoping for! Elisangela sent me good updates on her daily drop in visits.

Cathalina was very sweet! Came for a meet and greet to allow our cat to get to know her and then came early to her appointment. She sent photos and made sure he was drinking water and had eaten ☺️

Kimm was an exceptional care giver for our pup Ranger. We had a little issue with the keys which was my fault and while we were out of town she spent the afternoon coming up with a solution. She also sent regular pictures and updates. It was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking for reliable pet care!

Very caring professional. On time, great communication and excellent care of our dog,Piper. Respectful of our home and eased my anxiety of having to leave her by posting a video and pictures. We will absolutely book Emily again.

Jacob was awesome for a drop in with our dog Marilyn! He took the time to get to know her and since it was raining he did trainings with her inside to tire her out! She was happy and tired when we got home. He sent photos and left a nice note about how the visit went! Looking forward to booking with Jacob again!

Caitlin did an amazing job looking after our cat! We appreciated that she was very interested in our cat's routines, habits, and favorite toys to make the experince as smooth as possible. She came for drop in visits and we got a summary and lots of photos each time. We will definitely book her again the next time we go out of town.
